Welcome to Culinary Arts! This is where food meets science and arts. Do you ever think about the foods you eat, where and how they are grown, and if the person that is cooking and serving your food has clean hands? Can you save a person from choking? We will discuss first aid, CPR and the Heimlich maneuver. We will make scratch desserts and learn to measure correctly. Up for a challenge? Take the National Restaurant Association Serv Safe manager certification test and put your skills to work to be Serv Safe certified!
