Chromebook, Hotspot & Login Issues Form
To put in a "Tech Ticket" for help with a Chromebook, Hotspot device or Login issues, please go to your Classlink Apps and select the 1 to 1 Plus app.
Sign in with Google. You do not need to enter a username and password.
Select the Help Desk on the left side of your screen.
Select Add New on the left side of your screen.
Fill out the description of the problem, type categories, types and submit. Someone will get back with you with an email update.
